Return & Refund Policy

Please contact our support team at support@bitlooptech.com to initiate a return request. Provide your order ID/invoice, date of purchase, delivery date, and model number.

All orders on BitLoopTech.com can be returned for store credit or a full refund within 7 days of receiving your product.

The customer is responsible for any courier and postage fees, and is required to send us the return to our processing center. Should we receive the item in damaged/used condition, and the refund claim is rejected, the customer is responsible for postage fees to have the product sent back to them. 

 

Items must be:
  • Unused, and in their original condition
  • Packaging must be undamaged, and in its original condition
  • All accessories, manuals, packaging inserts must be returned in their original condition
  • Undamaged by use, drops, liquid, wear and tear, etc
  • Claim must be initiated within 7 days of confirmed delivery to the customer

 

Upon receiving your return, it will be processed within 48-72 business hours. You will be notified via email on the outcome of your return and refund claim once processed. Your refund can only be issued to your original payment method - alternatively we can issue you with store credit. Please note, only your product charges are refundable. Shipping charges paid on your original order are non-refundable.

 

BitLoop Technologies Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to reject any return and refund claim if the items are used, damaged, or lost/damaged during transport. We hold full discretion and judgement for rejection of return and refund claims. Items which have damaged packaging, missing accessories, etc may be eligible for a partial refund as a restocking fee may be applicable.

Please ensure you used a insured and tracking courier method to return the product to us as we do not bear the responsibility of items which are lost or damaged in transit.
