I am just using it to transfer data through the sd card slot but it exceeded 70 degrees after just 5 minutes of use.

Chatted with Helen from main office to check delivery timing as I needed this urgently during circuit breaker and could not find any physical stores that are opened. The team took effort to make sure I receive the item sooner (received within 2 days from order date) and upgraded the courier service for me. Excellent customer service and prompt replies to my email clarification about the hub heating up.

Hub is a little on the pricier side compared to others on Shopee. Nevertheless, item does look sturdy and comes with a year of warranty. Hoping that this one works well for a long time! Thank you:)
