In order to submit a warranty claim:
1. Carefully read the Warranty Policy below
2. Email us at email@example.com with the following details:
- Customer Name
- Mobile Number
- Shipping Address
- Order ID/Invoice Copy
- Product SKU/Model Number
- Date of Purchase
- Detailed description of problem
3. Warranty is only applicable to manufacturing defects. Products which are damaged accidentally (such as by drops, liquid damage, wear and tear) will not be replaced. We use sophisticated testing procedures on all returned products to determine if there has been any liquid damage or drops.
BitLoop products purchased on BitLoopTech.com are fully guaranteed by BitLoop Technologies Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) for 12 months to the original purchaser from the date of purchase, unless specifically stated otherwise (refer to the complete warranty included with the product for more details). The manufacturer’s warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth.
Your original invoice/order confirmation will serve as proof of your warranty, please keep a permanent record of your proof of purchase in order to make any warranty claims.
The customer is responsible for shipping their defective product to us, we do not bear the cost of shipping. Once you contact our support team and your claim is authorized, you will be provided with shipping information.
International Customers: Warranty is valid for international purchases from BitLoopTech.com only. We do not bear the cost of return shipping, or the cost of shipping the new/replacement item to you.
Replacements / Exchanges
We make every attempt to provide you with a replacement product that is the same as the item purchased. However, BitLoop Technologies Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to provide you with a replacement product that is a product of a similar style or a substitute equivalent that may not be of the like kind (depending on availability).
In the event we cannot provide you with the same product as a replacement, we will notify you immediately and ensure you agree with the replacement product. Customers are fully responsible for shipping and handling charges for exchanges, as well as the difference in cost of the products.
Limitation of LiabilityWarranties do not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, external causes such as acts of nature or shipping hazards, or damage caused by accident, misuse, or abuse of the product. Neither does the warranty cover normal wear and tear, or damage to any non-BitLoop product used in connection with the product. The user is responsible for checking compatibility with non-BitLoop products before using any of our products.
Please note refunds are not offered for products purchased from external retailers. Please refer to your proof of purchase for more information on individual retailer return policy.
To proceed with a warranty claim you will need a copy of your original receipt and pictures that show where your BitLoop product is defective.
The warranty is issued at Singapore, and Courts at Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over matters covered or flowing from this warranty.
