Domestic (Singapore)

Orders within Singapore are shipping using either standard or express services depending on the customer selection during checkout. We use trackable and insured services when possible. Your order may also be sent via SingPost should our 3rd party partners be facing significant delays in pickup and delivery.

99% of domestic orders are processed and handed over to our courier partners within 48-72 business hours of payment confirmation.

Expedited Service, delivers within 1-3 days - If you pay for expedited service we will ensure your order is packed and shipped within 24 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays, orders must be placed before 12 noon). Your order will be shipped using an expedited service such as Qxpress. While we will process and handover your expedited order on time, we cannot guarantee that the courier will not face delays or miss the target delivery date. Please note that courier delays are out of our control and your order may not be delivered within the 1-3 days specified. If your estimated delivery is missed, we do not offer refunds for the expedited shipping charges.

Standard Service, delivers within 4-7 days - If you pay for standard service we will ensure your order is packed and shipped within 72 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Your order will be shipped using an economical trackable service such as NinjaVan or Registered Post. While we will process and handover your standard order on time, we cannot guarantee that the courier will not face delays or miss the target delivery date. Please note that courier delays are out of our control and your order may not be delivered within the 3-7 days specified. 

 

International

We currently ship to most countries globally as supported by our 3rd party courier partners. Rates are calculated automatically and displayed during checkout. Please note, the customer is responsible for all taxes, surcharges, and import duties applicable. Couriers will usually contact you in order to pay for these charges before your item can be delivered.

Free/Untracked shipping options are not INSURED OR TRACKABLE - IN RARE INSTANCES THE POSTAL SERVICE CAN LOSE YOUR ORDER AND THERE IS NO FURTHER RECOURSE. WE RECOMMEND YOU ALWAYS USE A PAID & TRACKABLE SHIPPING OPTION.

Customers from India should visit our dedicated India website which features fulfillment from our local warehouse in the country.
