Frequently asked questions

How much does the Microsoft Defender for Office 365 (Plan 1) cost in Singapore?
The suggested retail price (SRP) is from S$3 per user/month, 1-year term billed annually, excl. GST, as at 25 Aug 2026 — indicative only. Actual pricing varies by configuration, licensing tier, seat count, and subscription term. Add it to your quote list and we'll come back with accurate pricing for your requirement.
What do you need to quote this licensing accurately?
For Microsoft, we confirm seat count, edition, subscription term, admin ownership, and support scope. The quote includes the licensing options and any onboarding or handover assumptions that apply.
Where is data stored and is it compliant?
Data residency, encryption, audit logging, and retention controls vary by Microsoft plan and tenant configuration. Tell us your PDPA, MAS TRM, ISO 27001, or customer-contract requirements and we'll include the relevant setup assumptions in the quote.
Can you migrate us from another platform?
Yes. Migration is scoped separately and covers data migration, identity, DNS, and the user-facing change. For Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, coexistence and tenant-to-tenant scenarios can also be scoped.
Can I cancel mid-term?
Most subscriptions follow vendor cancellation terms — annual NCE commitments are non-cancellable mid-term, monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing month. We'll flag this clearly in your quote so you can choose the term that fits.
