About this plan
Microsoft Teams Phone Standard turns Teams into a cloud phone system: users make and receive business calls with hold, transfer, and voicemail from a PC, mobile, or desk phone. It replaces a traditional office PBX with per-user licensing.
It attaches to a Microsoft 365 plan that includes Teams; PSTN connectivity for Singapore numbers is added separately via a Calling Plan or an Operator Connect provider, which we scope as part of the quote.

What do you need to quote this licensing accurately?
For Microsoft, we confirm seat count, edition, subscription term, admin ownership, and support scope. The quote includes the licensing options and any onboarding or handover assumptions that apply.
Where is data stored and is it compliant?
Data residency, encryption, audit logging, and retention controls vary by Microsoft plan and tenant configuration. Tell us your PDPA, MAS TRM, ISO 27001, or customer-contract requirements and we'll include the relevant setup assumptions in the quote.
Can you migrate us from another platform?
Yes. Migration is scoped separately and covers data migration, identity, DNS, and the user-facing change. For Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, coexistence and tenant-to-tenant scenarios can also be scoped.
Can I cancel mid-term?
Most subscriptions follow vendor cancellation terms — annual NCE commitments are non-cancellable mid-term, monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing month. We'll flag this clearly in your quote so you can choose the term that fits.
