Best for
The Switch Ultra is a compact Layer 2 switch for powering a handful of access points, cameras, or phones at a desk, counter, or comms shelf. It has 8 GbE RJ45 ports: 7 deliver PoE+ output and 1 accepts PoE++ input, so the switch itself can be powered over Ethernet with no local outlet.
Switching capacity is 16 Gbps. The available PoE budget depends on how the unit is powered: 42W from PoE++ input, 16W from PoE+ input, 52W from the 60W AC adapter, or 202W from the 210W AC adapter (AC adapter sold separately on the base SKU). Mounting options are desktop, wall, or magnetic, and the switch is managed through the UniFi Network application.
