Exchange Online Kiosk is Microsoft's entry-level hosted mailbox: 2 GB of storage with calendar and contacts, accessed through Outlook on the web and mobile (no desktop Outlook rights). It sits on the same Exchange platform as Plan 1 and Plan 2, so moving a user up later is a licence change rather than a migration.

Typical uses are shared reception or shop mailboxes, frontline staff and contractors who need a company address without a full suite.
