What do you need to quote this licensing accurately?
For Google Workspace, we confirm the edition, seat count, domain or tenant status, admin ownership, and whether migration or coexistence work should be scoped with the subscription. The quote includes the options and support assumptions for your configuration.
Where is data stored and is it compliant?
Data residency, encryption, audit logging, and retention controls vary by Google plan and tenant configuration. Tell us your PDPA, MAS TRM, ISO 27001, or customer-contract requirements and we'll include the relevant setup assumptions in the quote.
Can you migrate us from another platform?
Yes. Migration is scoped separately and covers data migration, identity, DNS, and the user-facing change. For Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, coexistence and tenant-to-tenant scenarios can also be scoped.
Can I cancel mid-term?
Most subscriptions follow vendor cancellation terms — annual NCE commitments are non-cancellable mid-term, monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing month. We'll flag this clearly in your quote so you can choose the term that fits.
